London Stock Exchange welcomes Supermarket Income REIT (“SUPR” or the “Company”) celebrating its fifth anniversary and the Company’s migration to the Premium Segment of the Official List of the UK Financial Authority on 23rd February 2022.  

Supermarket Income REIT is a FTSE250 real estate investment trust providing secure, inflation-protected, long-term income through investing in the future model of grocery property in the UK. The Company focuses on omnichannel supermarkets, which fulfil both online and in-person sales, and has amassed a geographically diversified portfolio of 69* supermarkets let to the leading UK supermarkets, including Asda, Morrisons, Sainsbury's, Tesco and Waitrose, with an aggregate value of £1.7 billion.
