With effect from the start of business on Monday 4th June 2007, Troika Dialog (UK) Limited ("Troika" or "the firm") will commence trading as a market maker in UK domestic securities. The firm will also have access to SETS and SETSmm.
Troika acts in a principal and agency capacity in international securities and depository receipts. The firm has access to the International Order Book ("IOB").
The firm settles its business through a settlement agreement with JPMorgan Chase (London branch).
