Troika Dialog (UK) Limited

With effect from the start of business on 02 August 2004, Troika Dialog (UK) Limited ("Troika" or "the firm") will commence trading as a member of the London Stock Exchange.

Troika will act in a principal and agency capacity in international securities and depository receipts. The firm will have access to the International Order Book ("IOB"). Troika will not have access to the SETS or SETSmm order books.

The firm will settle its business via a settlement agreement with JPMorgan Chase (London branch).

Troika will use DTC account number 2164 and Euroclear account number 10690.
