S P Angel & Co Limited

With immediate effect, S P Angel & Co Limited ("S P Angel" or "the firm") will cease using a Model B settlement arrangement with Pershing Securities Limited. The firm will also cease trading through the set of trading codes highlighted below in bold. The Firm, BIC and SEAQ codes will be deleted from the trading system.

S P Angel acts in a principal and agency capacity in UK domestic, international and gilt-edged securities, bonds, convertibles, traditional options and warrants. The firm has access to SETS, SETSmm and the International Order Book ("IOB").

S P Angel uses ABC Clearing as a settlement agent for business conducted through BIC code ANGEGB21.
