Further to Member Firms Information Sheet 2003/067, please find below clarification of Robert W Baird Limited's ("Robert Baird" or "the firm") trading profile and settlement arrangements.
The firm will continue to act as a broker dealer in a principal and agency capacity and also as a Market Maker in UK domestic securities.
Robert Baird will continue to access the SETS order book.
The firm has access to the International Order Book and is a registered participant in the International Retail Service with the ability to trade report only.
Robert Baird continues to settle its SETS business through a Model B agreement with Pershing Securities Limited ("Pershing"), and will continue to settle its market making business through a Model A agreement with Pershing Limited.
The firm will continue to settle its IOB business using Euroclear account number 443 and DTC account number 91932.
