With effect from the start of business on Monday 23 June 2003, Prudential-Bache Limited ("the firm") will commence trading part of its business through a Model B settlement arrangement with Pershing Securities Limited ("Pershing") and an additional BIC and SEAQ code, as shown below in bold.
The firm continues to act in a principal and agency capacity in UK and international securities. The firm will continue to access SETS and the International Order Book and will remain a registered participant in the International Retail Service with the ability to enter quotes.
The firm will settle its International Order Book business through DTC account 030 and Euroclear account 90288.
