Meespierson Securities (UK) Limited

The business of David Morgan Futures Limited ("DMF") will be transferred, with immediate effect, to Meespierson Securities (UK) Limited ("Meespierson Securities" or "the firm"). DMF will remain a member firm of the London Stock Exchange.

Meespierson Securities will continue to be a broker dealer acting as principal and agent, trading in UK domestic, international, fixed interest and gilt-edged securities. The firm has access to the electronic order book. The firm will clear its SETS business through a Model B agreement with Meespierson ICS Limited, and its non-SETS business through a Model A agreement with Penson Worldwide Settlements Limited.
