With effect from the close of business on Tuesday 14 February 2012, Marex Financial Ltd ("Marex") will change its settlement arrangements and cease to use Penson Financial Services Limited as its settlement agent and Model B provider. Any outstanding positions as at the above date will continue to settle through CREST codes 3KQAQ and CMMAY.
With effect from the start of business on Wednesday 15 February 2012, Marex will settle its business through a settlement agreement with The Bank of New York Mellon using the settlement codes shown below in bold. The firm continues to settle some of its business through a Model B settlement agreement with Pershing Securities limited.
