With effect from the start of business on Thursday, 12 February 2009, MainFirst Bank AG ("MainFirst" or "the firm") will commence trading as a member firm of the London Stock Exchange.
MainFirst will act in an agency and principal capacity in UK domestic securities. The firm will have access to SETS.
MainFirst will settle its business through a settlement agreement with KAS Bank N.V.
