New Member Firm
With effect from Monday 2 August 2004, Keefe, Bruyette & Woods Ltd ("KBW" or "the firm") will become a member firm of the London Stock Exchange.
KBW will act in a principal and agency capacity in UK domestic and international securities, and will access SETS, SETSmm and the International Order Book ("IOB").
The firm will settle its domestic business via a model B agreement with Pershing Securities Ltd, and its international business via Euroclear account 91932.
