New Member Firm
With effect from the start of business on Tuesday 23 December 2008, International Algorithmic Trading GmbH ("IAT" or "the firm") will commence trading as a member firm of the London Stock Exchange.
IAT will act in a principal capacity in UK domestic securities. The firm's membership will be limited to trading in central counterparty eligible securities on the SETS order book only. Any other business undertaken by the firm will be as a non-member.
The firm will settle its business through a Model B agreement with Fortis Bank Global Clearing N.V.
