Goldman Sachs International
Trading Profile Change
With effect from the start of business on 9 May 2003, Goldman Sachs International ("Goldman Sachs" or "the firm") will commence trading business transferred from Hull Trading UK Limited as detailed in Member Firms Information Sheet 2003/064. There will be no change to the profile of Goldman Sachs International as a result of this transfer.
The firm will continue to act in a principal and agency capacity in UK domestic and international securities. Goldman Sachs will continue to act as a Market Maker in UK domestic and international securities, Gilt-Edged securities and will continue to act as a Committed Principal for covered warrants.
The firm will continue to have access to the SETS and International Order Book ("IOB").
