New Member Firm
With effect from the start of business on Friday, 14 December 2007, Friedman, Billings, Ramsey International, Ltd. ("FBRIL" or "the firm") will commence trading as a member firm of the London Stock Exchange.
The firm will act in a principal and agency capacity in UK domestic securities. FBRIL will have access to SETS and to the International Order Book ("IOB")
The firm will settle its business through a settlement agreement with Bear Stearns International Ltd.
