First Equity Limited
With effect from the close of business on Friday 17 April 2009, First Equity Limited ("First Equity" or "the firm") will cease settling its institutional business through a Model B settlement agreement with Jarvis Investment Management Limited. Any unsettled business as at the above date will continue to settle through CREST code 842.
With effect from the start of business on Monday 20 April 2009, First Equity will commence settling its institutional business through a Model B settlement agreement with Lewis Charles Securities Limited using the CREST code shown below in bold.
The firm acts in an agency capacity in UK domestic securities. First Equity does not access SETS.
The firm continues to settle its retail business through a Model B settlement agreement with Jarvis Investment Management plc.
