New Member Firm
With effect from Wednesday 27 March 2002, Everett Financial Limited ("Everett" or "the firm") will become a member firm of the London Stock Exchange.
The firm will act in a principal and agency capacity and will also act as an agency broker (via Retail Service Providers) in order to trade SETS and AIM stocks. Everett will not have direct access to SETS or the International Order Book.
The firm will use a Model A settlement agreement with Penson Worldwide Settlements Limited:
