Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein Securities Limited

With effect from the start of business on Monday 21 March 2005, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein Securities Limited ("Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein" or "the firm") will change the settlement agent used for the firm's Dutch Trading Service ("DTS") business from Kas Bank N.V to BNP Paribas Securities Service.

Any outstanding positions at the close of business on Friday 18 March 2005, will continue to settle under Euroclear NL account number 300. Any future DTS business will settle under the Euroclear NL account number 031.

Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein acts in a principal capacity and is a market maker in UK domestic and international securities. The firm also deals in convertibles, warrants and depositary receipts. Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein continues to have access to SETS, SETmm, DTS and the International Order Book ("IOB").

The firm will continue to settle its IOB business through Euroclear account number 99661 and DTC account number 908.
