New Member Firm
With effect from start of business on Monday 3 August 2015, Criterion Arbitrage & Trading B.V. ("the firm") will commence trading as a member firm of the London Stock Exchange.
The firm's membership will be limited to trading in central counterparty eligible securities on the SETS order book only. Any other business undertaken by the firm will be as a non-member. The firm will settle its business through a Model B agreement with ABN AMRO Clearing Bank N.V.
