Corporate Synergy Plc

With effect from the close of business on Friday 22 September 2006, Corporate Synergy Plc ("Corporate Synergy" or "the firm") will cease settling its business through a Model B agreement with Pershing Securities Limited. Any outstanding business as at the close of business on the above date will continue to settle through CREST Code 601.

With effect from the start of business on Monday 25 September 2006 Corporate Synergy will settle its business through a Model B agreement with Rowan Dartington & Company Ltd using the CREST code highlighted below in bold.

The firm acts in an agency and principal capacity in UK domestic securities.

The firm does not have access to SETS, SETSmm or the International Order Book.
