Vendor Access Network providers (VANs)

Through our Vendor Access Network model, LSEG works in partnership with vendors who have met our accreditation requirements for functionality, security and resilience to provide access to LSEG trading system via their proprietary networks.

Vendor Access Network providers (VANs) enable network connectivity for the transmission of secure trading data and pre-conformed software applications through which their clients can interface with us.

The exchange seeks to ensure that existing network and operational resilience & security levels are maintained at all times when providing access to the Exchange’s systems via a VAN network. In order to achieve this, it’s become imperative for the VAN providers to:

• Complete a failover test once a year between their Primary & Secondary site and send results to van@lseg.com
• Confirm once a year that they still comply with accreditation requirements to maintain their approved status by completing and returning the questionnaire below to van@lseg.com
