Williams de Broe Plc
With effect from the start of business on Wednesday 2 April 2003, Williams de Broe Plc ("Williams de Broe" or "the firm") will commence trading Hong Kong securities on the International Order Book ("IOB").
The firm will continue to act as a broker dealer in an agency and principal capacity in UK domestic and international equities, and Gilts and fixed interest securities. Williams de Broe will continue to act as a market maker in UK domestic equities and continues to have access to SETS and IOB. The firm is a registered participant in the International Retail Service with the ability to trade report only.
Williams de Broe will settle its IOB depository receipt business using DTC account number 00010 and Euroclear account number 97350.
The firm will settle its Hong Kong IOB business using CCASS account number C00019.
