New Member Firm
With effect from the start of business on Thursday 18 January 2007, VTB Bank Europe PLC ("VTB" or "the firm") will commence trading as a member firm of the London Stock Exchange.
The firm will act in a principal capacity in international securities and gilt-edged securities. VTB will have access to the International Order Book ("IOB") but will not have access to SETS & SETSmm.
The firm settles its business through a settlement agreement with HSBC Bank plc.
