UBS AG (trading as UBS Warburg)

At the close of business on 7 March 2003, UBS AG trading as UBS Warburg ("UBS AG" or "the firm") will transfer its Gilt-Edged Market Making (GEMM), Index-Linked GEMM & Fixed Interest Market Making business to UBS Limited (detailed in Member Firms Information Sheet 2003/024).

The following codes will therefore cease to be used for new business executed by UBS AG after the above date.

Any outstanding business on CREST codes 7965 and 003 will continue to be settled by UBS AG.

UBS AG continues to be a market maker in UK domestic and international equity securities. The firm also continues to act in an agency and principal capacity in UK domestic and international equity securities and continues to have access to the SETS and International Order Book.
