UBS AG (Trading as UBS Warburg)
With effect from Tuesday 2 May 2000, UBS AG will change its trading name from Warburg Dillon Read to UBS Warburg. UBS AG will also change SEAQ code WDR to UBSW.
The firm will continue to act as a broker dealer agent, broker dealer principal and market maker in domestic, international and fixed interest securities. The firm also has access to the electronic order book. Details are as follows, with changes highlighted in bold:
