With effect from the close of business on Tuesday 17 June 2003, UBS AG ("UBS AG" or "the firm") will change its current SEAQ Code UBSW to new SEAQ Code UBS. as shown below in bold.
Also with effect from the start of business on Wednesday 18 June 2003, UBS AG will commence using the trading name UBS Investment Bank.
UBS AG continues to be a market maker in UK domestic and international equity securities. The firm also continues to act in an agency and principal capacity in UK domestic and international equity securities and continues to have access to the SETS and International Order Book.
UBS AG will settle its IOB depository receipt business using DTC account number 2029 and Euroclear account number 90308.
The firm will settle its Hong Kong IOB business using CCASS account number B01161.
