TFS Derivatives Limited
New Member Firm
With effect from the start of business on Tuesday 1 February 2005, TFS Derivatives Limited ("TFS" or "the firm") will commence trading as a member firm of the London Stock Exchange.
TFS will act in a principal and agency capacity in UK domestic and international securities. The firm will have access to the International Order Book ("IOB").
TFS will not have access to SETS or SETSmm order books.
The firm has entered into a model A settlement agreement with Merrill Lynch International.
TFS will settle its IOB business through Euroclear account number 22968 and DTC account number 0161.
