SunGard will act as a broker dealer in a principal and agency capacity in UK domestic securities. The firm will have to access to SETS. The firm will not have access to the International Order Book or be a registered participant in the International Retail Service.
The firm will settle its business through a Model A agreement with Penson Worldwide Settlements Limited.
