Sanford C Bernstein Limited ("Sanford Bernstein" or "the firm") is approved as a member firm of the London Stock Exchange to commence business with effect from Monday 17 December 2001.
Sanford Bernstein will act in a principal and agency capacity in UK domestic and international securities, and will have access to SETS. The firm will not have access to the International Order Book.
The firm will settle its business under a Model A agreement with Citibank N.A.
