New Member Firm
With effect from the start of business on Friday 1 December, Qube Research & Technologies Limited ("the firm") will commence trading as a member firm of the London Stock Exchange.
The firm will trade in an agency capacity on SETS, the International Order Book ("IOB") and Exchange Traded Funds – Euroclear Bank Settlement ("IET"). The firm will settle its business through a settlement agreement with Instinet Europe Limited.
The firm's membership will be limited to trading in central counterparty eligible securities on SETS, the IOB and IET order books only. Any other business undertaken by the firm will be as a non-member.
