New Member Firm
With effect from the start of business on Wednesday 28 September 2005, Piper Jaffray Ltd ("Piper Jaffray" or "the firm") will commence trading as a member firm of the London Stock Exchange.
The firm will act in a principal and agency capacity and as a market maker in UK domestic securities. Piper Jaffray will have access to SETS and SETSmm. The firm will not have access to the International Order Book.
Piper Jaffray will settle its business through a Model A agreement with OMX Securities Services UK LLP.
