With effect from the close of business on Friday 19th December 2003 Phillip Securities (UK) Limited ("Phillip Securities" or "the firm") will change its head and registered office address to that shown below in bold.
The firm will continue as a broker dealer in a principal and agency capacity in UK domestic and international securities. Phillip Securities will continue to have access to SETS, SETSmm and the International Order Book. The firm is a registered participant in the International Retail Service with the ability to trade report only.
Phillip Securities will continue to settle its business through a Model A settlement agreement with Penson Worldwide Settlements Limited.
