Old Mutual Securities Limited

With effect from Tuesday 30 May 2000 Albert E Sharp Limited, trading as Albert E Sharp Securities, will change its name to Old Mutual Securities Limited ("Old Mutual Securities"). This follows the merger of the institutional and corporate activities of Greig Middleton & Co Limited with Albert E Securities.

Old Mutual Securities' market making business will continue to be cleared through Pershing Limited under a Model A agreement and its agency broking business will continue to be cleared through Pershing Securities Limited under a Model B agreement.
