Newedge Group
Transfer of Business
With immediate effect, Fimat International Banque SA ("Fimat") has merged with Calyon Financial SNC ("Calyon"), as detailed in Member Firms Information Sheet 2008/011.
Fimat has also changed its name to Newedge Group ("Newedge"), as shown below in bold.
All former Calyon General Clearing Member and settlement agreement business will continue to be conducted through Member Firm Code 135.
All former Fimat business will continue to be conducted through the codes below.
Newedge acts in a principal and agency capacity in UK domestic and international securities with access to SETS and the International Order Book ("IOB").
Newedge also acts as a settlement agent and a General Clearing Member for UK Central Counterparty securities.
