Morgan Grenfell & Co Limited

With effect from the close of business on Friday 8 November 2002, Morgan Grenfell & Co Limited ("Morgan Grenfell" or "the firm") will transfer its cash equities business to Deutsche Bank AG London Branch. The firm will no longer have access to the SETS and International Order Book and will no longer have order entry ability for the International Retail Service. Morgan Grenfell will no longer act as a market maker for UK domestic and international equities.

Any outstanding business at the close of business on Friday 8 November 2002 will continue to be settled under CREST code 490.

Morgan Grenfell will continue to act in principal capacity in UK domestic and international equities.
