With effect from the start of business on Monday 15 August 2016, Liquid Capital Markets Ltd ("the firm") will commence trading as a member firm of the London Stock Exchange.
The firm will act in a principal capacity and its membership will be limited to trading in central counterparty eligible securities on SETS and the International Order Book (IOB) only. Any other business undertaken by the firm will be as a non member.
Liquid Capital Markets Ltd will settle its business through a Model B agreement with ABN AMRO Clearing Bank N.V.
