The Kyte Group Limited

With effect from 12 February 2001, The Kyte Group Limited ("Kyte" or "the firm") will transfer its agency business to Eden Group Plc, a new member firm approved to commence business on Monday 12 February 2001. Kyte will conduct its business through new codes outlined below.

Kyte will continue to act as a broker dealer principal in UK domestic and international equities and traditional options. The firm will continue to have access to the electronic order book.

All agency transactions entered into by Kyte which remain unsettled as at close of business on Friday 9 February 2001, will be settled by, and in the name of Eden Group plc through Crest code 601.

CREST code EXX29, previously used by Kyte to settle its business will be transferred to Eden Group plc's principal business.

The firm will settle its business under a Model A agreement with Penson Worldwide Settlements Limited.
