The Kyte Group Limited

With effect from Monday 14 February 2000, The Kyte Group Limited ("Kyte" or "the firm") will change its head and registered office address to that below. The firm will continue to trade as Kyte Securities from 5th Floor, 11 Old Jewry, London EC2V 8DU.

Kyte continues to act as a broker dealer in an agency and principal capacity, trading in UK and overseas equities and traditional options. The firm also has access to the electronic order book. Kyte continues to clear all UK Principal business under a Model A agreement with Pershing Securities Limited ("Pershing").
