JP Morgan Cazenove Limited (trading as Cazenove)
Name Change
With effect from the start of business on Monday 28 February 2005, Cazenove & Co. Ltd ("the firm") will change its name to JP Morgan Cazenove Limited. The firm will continue to trade under the name "Cazenove".
The firm will continue to act in a principal and agency capacity in UK domestic, international and gilt-edged securities, bonds, convertibles, warrants and depository receipts and as a market maker in UK domestic securities. Cazenove continues to have access to SETS, SETSmm, the Dutch Trading Service and the International Order Book.
The firm will settle its DTS business through Euroclear NL account number 300.
