Transfer of Business

Further to Member Firms Information Sheet 059, please note that with effect from close of business on Friday 5 April 2002, Charterhouse Securities Limited ("Charterhouse") will transfer its entire Exchange business to ING Bank N.V ("ING Bank").

Any unsettled transactions at close of business on 5 April 2002 by Charterhouse will be settled by ING Bank under the codes detailed below.

ING Bank will act in a principal and agency capacity in UK domestic and international securities and will have access to the SETS and International Order Book. The firm will have access to the International Retail service with the ability to enter orders and will also act as a market maker.

The firm has a Model A settlement agreement in place with Pershing Limited.

Charterhouse will continue as a member of the Exchange until further notice but will not have any trading codes associated to it.
