Trading Profile Change
With effect from the start of business on Monday 27 October 2003 E*Trade Securities Limited ("E*Trade" or "the firm") will cease to act as a market maker in UK domestic securities.
The firm will continue to act as a broker dealer in a principal and agency capacity in UK domestic and international securities. E*Trade will continue to have access to SETS and the International Order Book ("IOB"). The firm is a registered participant in the International Retail Service with the ability to trade report only.
The firm will settle its SETS business under firm code 456 through a Model B agreement with Pershing Securities Limited:
E*Trade will settle its IOB business using DTC account number 385 and Euroclear account number 97685.
