Deutsche Bank AG London Branch

With effect from Monday 24 July 2000 the convertibles business of Morgan Grenfell & Co. Limited ("MG") will be transferred to Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch ("DBL").

MG will continue to act as a broker dealer in cash equities in an agent and principal capacity. MG will also continue to act as a market maker in UK and international equities and have access to the electronic order book.

DBL will be a registered market maker in a number of convertible securities. DBL will also act in a principal capacity and continue to have access to the electronic order book.
