Daiwa Securities SMBC Europe Limited
With effect from Monday 2 April 2001, Daiwa Securities SB Capital Markets Europe Limited ("Daiwa" or "the firm”) will change its name to Daiwa Securities SMBC Europe Limited.
Daiwa will continue to act as a broker dealer in an agency and principal capacity. Daiwa will continue to trade in gilts, warrants, bonds, convertibles, UK and international equities, depositary receipts and as an international market maker.
The firm continues to have access to the electronic order book.
