New Member Firm
With effect from the start of business on Monday 8 November 2004, Brockhouse & Cooper Inc ("Brockhouse & Cooper" or "the firm") will commence trading as a member firm of the London Stock Exchange.
The firm will act in an agency capacity in UK domestic and international securities. The firm will have access to SETS, SETSmm and the International Order Book ("IOB").
Brockhouse & Cooper will settle its business through a Model B settlement agreement with Pershing Securities Limited.
The firm will settle its IOB business using DTC account number 443 and Euroclear account number 90543.
