Bridge Trading Company UK Limited

Bridge Trading Company UK Limited ("Bridge") will, with effect from Wednesday 19 April 2000, recommence trading in UK equities.

In relation to its UK equities trading, Bridge will be using a non member settlement agent, BHF Securities Corporation ("BHF"). Bridge will be responsible for its own transaction reporting and, accordingly, where a member firm submits a transaction report of a trade with Bridge, BHF''s reference for Bridge must be entered either in the Buying or Selling Client ID Shared field as appropriate.

Bridge will continue to act as broker dealer agent in international equities. All other details remain the same.
