Change of Settlement Arrangement
With effect from the close of business on Monday 23 April 2018, Berkeley Futures Limited ("the firm") will cease to settle its business through a Model B Agreement with Jarvis Investment Management Limited using CREST Code 842. Any outstanding positions as at close of business on this date will continue to settle through this code.
With effect from the start of business on Tuesday 24th April 2018, the firm will commence settling its business through a settlement agreement with Intesa Sanpaulo Securities Services using the settlement code shown below in bold.
