Berkeley Futures Limited (Trading as Berkeley Equities)

With immediate effect Berkeley Futures Limited ("Berkeley” or "the firm”), trading as Berkeley Equities, will change its head office address to the address highlighted in bold below.

Berkeley will continue to act as a broker dealer in an agency capacity in UK domestic securities. The firm will not have access to SETS or the International Order Book.

Berkeley will settle its business through a Model B agreement with Pershing Securities Limited ("Pershing”).
