With effect from the start of business on Friday 2 May 2003, Banc of America Securities Limited ("Banc of America" or "the firm") will commence stock borrowing and lending through a new set of trading codes highlighted in bold below.
The firm will continue to act as a broker dealer in a principal and agency capacity and act as a market maker in UK domestic and international securities. Banc of America continues to have access to SETS. The firm does not have access to the International Order Book.
Banc of America continues to use Citibank N.A as it settlement agent.
