From the start of business 24 October 2002, Sharepeople Limited ("Sharepeople" or "the firm") will change its name to American Express Financial Services Europe Limited (as highlighted below). In addition the firm will change its phone and facsimile numbers to those highlighted below.
The firm will continue to act in an agency capacity in UK and international equities. The firm does not have access to the International Order Book or SETS. The firm will continue as a registered participant in the International Retail Service.
