SEDOL DORA Operational Annex

Our customers who are Financial Entities for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2022/2554 ('DORA') can request the London Stock Exchange Operational Resilience Annex here to support their compliance requirements.

Customers must have signed London Stock Exchange’s Operational Resilience Annex to access DORA-related information.

• Please fill out the form by following the link to the SEDOL Customer Portal. It can be completed by, or on behalf of, an authorised signatory. London Stock Exchange will endeavour to respond within 10 working days of submission of the form.
• You should request and complete this form if your organisation is a Financial Entity (“FE”) for the purposes of DORA and has a contract for one or more of the following SEDOL ICT services: Web Interface; SEDOL Masterfile (SMF) Data Files; SEDOL Masterfile API.
• Reach out to your Account Manager if you have questions regarding London Stock Exchange’s Operational Resilience Annex request process.
