Young’s celebrates move to the Main Market

Today, Young’s opened the market at the London Stock Exchange to celebrate its recent move from AIM to the Official List on the LSE’s Main Market.

Young’s has grown considerably both in size and performance in recent years, and this milestone reflects the strength, resilience and growth potential of its business model and market position. Moving to the Main Market will not only enhance its corporate profile and appeal but also open up Young’s to a broader group of UK and global institutional shareholders.

“Admission to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange is a pivotal milestone for Young’s, aligning our listing with the scale, heritage and strong performance of the business in recent years.

It enhances our capital markets profile and supports the next phase of our long-term growth strategy. On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank our shareholders for their continued support, and our talented teams for their dedication and contribution in reaching this point.”

Steve Cooke

Non-Executive Chair of Young’s

“Over the last two decades, AIM has provided a highly supportive environment for Young's, helping us to realise our growth ambitions and secure vital funding, especially during the difficult period of the pandemic. We are very proud of the growth we have achieved and believe a move to the Main Market is a natural and exciting next step for Young’s, and one that will open the door to a wider group of investors.”
