London Stock Exchange welcomes Veremark to the Private Securities Market

London Stock Exchange today welcomes Veremark, the global workplace trust company, to close the market following its employee and early investor secondary share transaction on the London Stock Exchange’s Private Securities Market.

The transaction, worth approximately £6 million, marks an important milestone in Veremark’s growth and provides eligible employees and early investors with an opportunity to realise some of the value created in the business while Veremark remains privately held.

Veremark is the third company to undertake an employee share sale through the London Stock Exchange’s Private Securities Market.

Founded in London in 2019, Veremark offers global background screening, supporting employers across more than 195+ countries, while its whistleblowing solution provides secure 3rd-party channels for employees and stakeholders to report and manage concerns.

“Closing the market today is a significant moment for Veremark and for the employees and early investors who have helped build the business. We wanted to create an opportunity for those who backed Veremark early to share in our success while we continue to focus on the long-term opportunity ahead. We are delighted to mark this milestone at the London Stock Exchange.”

Daniel Callaghan

CEO and Co-Founder of Veremark

Crowdcube managed the transaction, with Singer Capital Markets and Cavendish Capital Markets participating as registered auction agents.
